Your body is speaking to you
It’s time for you to listen.
You want to do good things, do them well and you want to feel good doing them. I get that, and you can - I know you can like a bird knows the sky.
But, this life which demands that you’re always on the go, with so little time for yourself and for restful recovery? It’s showing up as stress and pain in your body.
You don’t have to burn out to live the life you’re striving for, there is another way, a way to feel really good in your whole being.
It starts with feeding the earth of your body.
You need fill your cup before you start pouring out to others. No excuses. It doesn’t take a gardener to know you need hydrated, fertile soil to grow, be well & create fruit.
Trust me, you’ll feel so much better for it, and be able to give 10 fold of what you can when you’re repeatedly returning to running on empty.
What my clients say
“I have been working with Beth for a couple of years now.
I have had my struggles with mental health but working with her has helped me find absolute peace again.
The time she takes to ensure the practice is the best it can be is second to none. I can't recommend this treatment enough. It's the best investment on yourself to see someone of the calibre of Beth and her work speaks for itself.
Her practice space is just beautiful too. I am so grateful for her.”

It’s time to feel good again
But how?
We need to build a bridge between body and mind, or at very least sure up the foundations of the one already there.
Yoga Massage is the modality for building & strengthening this bridge. As well as dismantling the old scaffolding (that chronic tension in your muscles), yoga massage heals the nervous system, rewiring it to remember how to receive meaningful rest & recovery whilst dismantling the barriers that keep it at bay.
A disruption to the body-mind connection is a very significant player in the realms of chronic tension, stress, pain, burnout & inability to switch off. A cohesive mind-body connection is a central pillar to health in your body, sense of self (including wellbeing & purpose), your relationships, work and life.
Don’t just take it from me; from your first yoga massage you’ll discover how vital & restorative it is to feel this connection by feeling good again.

“
During the sessions, I find a true sense of peace that leaves me feeling relaxed and soothed, mentally as much as physically. Beth is kind, compassionate and highly intuitive. As a therapist she is, quite simply, outstanding.

Reset your system
Yoga Massage helps to guide the body (in particular the autonomic nervous system) into a deep healing state.
In the treatment we notice patterns of holding tension, and gently guide the body to surrender to deep rest. This helps to retrain the body to relax and end patterns of holding.
Supporting the body to access this healing state for sustained time as we do in Yoga Massage helps to reduces stress on the body, and frees up resources that it can then put towards restoration and recovery of body and mind.

Rest the mind
All aspects of this treatment are designed to support both the body and mind to relax. As well as feeling great in their bodies, most people also find profound relaxation of the mind, feel deeply connected to themselves and the world, feel very present, grounded, energised and/or at peace.
Simple mindfulness, meditation, self-enquiry, breathing techniques can be incorporated to support this process. This helps you to connect to your body, dropping you out of your mind and into the moment so you can fully experience your treatment.
What my clients say
”
After my experience with Beth this afternoon I sent a message to a friend which read “ I just had a celestial Ayurvedic yoga massage and I’m floating”…. Which I think sums up my experience. Beth is so kind, open, inquisitive and supportive to an experience which was brand new to me but I honestly feel she’s opened a door which I look forward to exploring further - the connection between my body, brain and breath; how empowering it is to be vulnerable and open and allow your body to be guided through powerful and gentle stretches - which seem to simultaneously provide energy, relaxation and release.
